Bodywise - Bounce to Be Fit is the only Rebounding Center in the Tri-State area. Betty Kelly, a Master Rebounding instructor, provides Rebounding classes with more variety then any other fitness facility.

Bodywise combines REBOUNDING with Strength Training, Boxing, Pilates, and Barre!
Rebounding
(Aerobics on a mini-trampoline) is one of the best aerobic workouts around. Participants literally “jump for joy”. Rebounding takes cardio aerobics to a whole new level in this fun class that incorporates standard aerobic moves, sport-specific training, core stabilization techniques, boxing and barre work, with abdominal work, all performed to high energy music with an enthusiastic instructor! This thrilling and exhilarating workout challenges your heart and lungs, and continually challenges stamina, endurance, balance, coordination and proprioception.

Appropriate for just about all levels of fitness. We provide 30 min interval cardio and strength training, using light weights on the rebounder. Can include push-up squats and lunges as well.
We then move on cardio strength training, using heavier weights ( appropriate for each participant) followed by abdominal/Core work and a very deep stretch!
We might infuse Cardio Barre for lower body work, resistance, bands, gliders, Pilate balls, and more or we might incorporate a body bar into our strength training. ( think body pump.)
All classes end with abdominal/Core work and a very deep stretch!
The primary goal of switching up our workout is to prevent plateaus in your fitness progress, reduce the risk of injury, and keep your workouts engaging and enjoyable.
By incorporating variety, you challenge your body in new ways, target different muscle groups, and can see more well-rounded results.

There are no packages to buy, no long-term commitments. You pay as you go by reserving a rebounder VIA text message to Betty 48 hours prior to class. Betty will send out a group text. First come first serve limited to 10 participants per class. A minimum of 5 participants require required.
