1. BODYWISE STRONG WED 6:25PM

 

A Fusion of three great formats: This is a 60 minute  Cardio and barbell/free weight training class in an inspiring, motivating group environment with awesome instructing and great women participating. Using Steps, Bar Bells, Free weights, Tubing, Stability Balls, and more, this interval training class fires up all the muscles of the body and allows you to burn tons of calories and get Ripped and Sculpted.  

2. BODYWISE STRONG BARRE MON 6:25PM

THIS HYBRID class is designed to burn calories like no other Barre class. Both are an integration of Barre work at a " Cardio Pace" with interval cardio segments of BOXING. warm up.

 

Monday eve incorporates Bar Bell  and Free weights with Pilates for core work.. 

 

Saturday mornings is a combo of Barre work, with Body Bars, light weights, tubing resistance exercises. Stability Balls for abd work.  

 

Both Mon & Sat Sculpt arms, butt and legs and elongate and strengthen your body in very effective ways. The exercises at the Barre tend to be more contracted and small, focusing on deep toning and sculpting.   Exercisers are losing up to 5% body fat in 8 weeks time when attending min of 2 classes per week consistenly. All levels of fitness are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. Have fun while getting in shape in a comfortable, personalized atmosphere.

3. BODYWISE BOUNCE  WITH STRENGTH (Rebounding)       SATURDAY 9:00AM All levels welcome. No Rebounding experience needed. Known as the “healthiest exercise on the planet”  Bodywise Bounce is an awesome, exhilarating, heart pumping REBOUNDING program that I have PERSONALLY designed, performed on a mini-trampoline and provided in an inspiring,  “women only” environment with fantastic disco dance/techno studio. It will leave you energized like no other exercise can. This Non impact program Burns tons of calories, tones muscles and increases bone mass. Every cell in body is stimulated. Rebounding is the only exercise that detoxifies and rids the body of toxins, while enhancing the immune system.   Stability Bar Provided ( so you don’t have to worry about falling off mini-trampoline) Carry sneakers change when you arrive, bring yoga mat towel and water bottle. 

4.   NEW FALL REBOUNDING CLASSES 2019 

BOUNCE-n-BARRE  THURSDAY 9:30AM  & THURSDAYS 6:15PM Rebounding w Barre 20min BOUNCE to warm your body/muscles followed by 30 MIN Barre & Pilates w light weight work and 10 min coll down and Deep muscle stretch work on your yoga mat. We will use studio Rebounders,  straps, bands, balls and more. This 60 minute class is for anyone who would like to detox their bodies Rebounding (no weights) (stability Bar provided) or gently strengthen and lengthen their muscles at the Barre - before we go down on the Mats for a deep, deep total body stretch. .FALL 2019

 

If you want to increase your flexibility and range of motion, prevent injury and detox this is for you. Stand straighter, look leaner, increase energy, improve balance and have faster muscle recovery from weekly workouts.

 

Both Rebounding or Barre and Stretching have the potential to decrease injury as well as increase blood and nutrient supply to muscles, thereby decreasing muscle soreness. This Stretching portion of the class will also calm the mind, provide a mental break, and give your body a chance to recharge for the day. Carry sneakers for cross training sneakers for all classes, bring Yoga Mat, towel, water bottle.
