1. BODYWISE STRONG
A Fusion of three great formats: This is a 60 minute Cardio and barbell/free weight training class in an inspiring, motivating group environment with awesome instructing and great women participating. Using Steps, Bar Bells, Free weights, Tubing, Stability Balls, and more, this interval training class fires up all the muscles of the body and allows you to burn tons of calories and get Ripped and Sculpted.
2. BODYWISE STRONG BARRE, BOUNCE BARRE, LIGHT BARRE
THESE HYBRID BARRE classes are designed to burn calories like no other Barre class. All are an integration of Barre work at a " Cardio Pace" with interval cardio segments of Boxing or a Boxing warm up with STRONG BARRE class AND BASIC BARRE warm up with LIGHT BARRE class.
Monday 6:15pm eve BARRE STRONG class incorporates Invertal Cardio Boxing, work at the BARRE, Body Bars and Free weights (5-8 pounds) in this class with Pilates for core work and stretch at the end.
Wed eve 6:15pm BOUNCE, BOX & BARRE is a Boxing and Bouncing Cardio workout on mini trampoline for 25 min following wamr up and ends with Barre work for upper and lower body. Ends with a deep stretch.
Saturday mornings 11:00am is a LIGHT BARRE class with basic Barre warm up, Barre work, light weights and or tubing resistance exercises and Small Ball & Stability Balls for abd work.
All classes Sculpt arms, butt and legs and elongate and strengthen your body in very effective ways. The exercises at the Barre tend to be more contracted and small, focusing on deep toning and sculpting. Exercisers are losing up to 5% body fat in 8 weeks time when attending min of 2 classes per week consistenly. All levels of fitness are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. Have fun while getting in shape in a comfortable, personalized atmosphere.
3. BODYWISE BOUNCE WITH STRENGTH or with BARRE (Rebounding) Wed Barre- Sat Strength
All levels welcome. No Rebounding experience needed. Known as the “healthiest exercise on the planet” Bodywise Bounce is an awesome, exhilarating, heart pumping REBOUNDING program that I have PERSONALLY designed, performed on a mini-trampoline and provided in an inspiring, “women only” environment with fantastic disco dance/techno studio. It will leave you energized like no other exercise can. This Non impact program Burns tons of calories, tones muscles and increases bone mass. Every cell in body is stimulated. Rebounding is the only exercise that detoxifies and rids the body of toxins, while enhancing the immune system. Stability Bar Provided ( so you don’t have to worry about falling off mini-trampoline) Carry sneakers change when you arrive, bring yoga mat towel and water bottle. 4. BODYWISE YOGA- PILATES- FLEX-STRETCH - MOBILITY
As the title says, the Yoga I provide is to improve flexibility, strength and mobility with a light flow that can infuse light weights or therabands. Video on demand only.
